Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting a dear, beautiful friend up in Maine. It was an inspiring visit to say the least and grounded me to see so many working artists and crafts people. Seeing her in a place she’s called home for several years reminded me of the personal relationship that develops between our homes and our hearts, as our environment cradles us through ups and downs. It of course brought up self reflection about my own environment and how I want to continue to mold my own home to represent my heart. I was honored my friend invited me into her space, thankful to be a witness to her journey and so happy to experience the simple joys of Maine. More to come of my gorgeous friend…
